You do not need measuring spoons for this....and you can adjust ingredients according to taste too.

Ingredients:

8 to 9 cookies or biscuits( you can use plain digestives, chocolate digestives ,plain biscuits or chocolate cookies , like i have used.)
2 to 3 tbsp butter melted
condensed milk tin to make caramel or ready made caramel
3/4 packet of cream, approximately 200 ml
2 small or 1 big banana, ripe and firm

-grind the biscuits or cookies to crushed form , in a food processor . melt the butter and mix in the biscuits thoroughly. take a pan or dish (doesn't have to be oven proof) and layer with the biscuit mixture , keep perssing with a spoon . like in the first picture.

- if you have ready made caramel, good. if not you can make it yourself.
take a big pan ,fill it in water and let the water boil, when water starts boiling lower the flame and put the condensed milk tin( please use only tin not packet) in the water, cook for around 3 hours, turning the tin occasionally .
note: condensed milk is not evaporated milk. it is thickerand sweetened.

once caramel is made ,make sure its warm enough for spreadable consistency , layer it on the biscuit layer according to taste , i used around 5 big tablespoon.

you can store the left over for future use or use it if you are making a bigger pie.

-slice the bananas and layer over the caramel.

-beat the cream till fluffy and thicker, or spreadable consistency.
spread the cream over the bananas

decorate as you like.

refrigerate over night before serving. serve chilled.

Recommended dessert for people who like trying new flavors and like bananas and cream . :)
